(Some) Favorite Things
In this season of gratitude, there’s a lot to be grateful for. Yes, even in 2020.
A daily gratitude practice keeps my eyes and heart on the abundance in my life. As Melody Beatty says, “Gratitude makes what we have enough, and more.” I write gratitudes every night before bed and also text them to a gratitude buddy. Sharing is caring and this is a “we” life.
Some of the things that kept me particularly nourished this year:
Mother Nature - a bottomless source of beauty, inspiration and grounding.
My rescue dog, Kali - silly, neurotic love and ever-ready workout buddy in a 45 pound package!
The Rich Roll Podcast - Rich’s guests have opened my world and changed my life.
Coyuchi organic cotton pajamas - an organic, cuddly hug that breathes (if you’re my age, you know what I mean).
My mom's eternity band - keeps me connected to my first magnificent woman.
Healing with groups of women - groups of women blow me away every time!
Tulsi Green Tea - a warm inside hug.
10,000 Buddhas journals - as a friend says, “You gotta get that shit out or it will kill you.”
Aireloom mattress - good sleep is the #1 good medicine, hands down.
The Prime - ancient ayurvedic wisdom for a clean body. I tune-up twice a year with a mini version of this very deep and effective program.
Kale smoothies - my daily break-fast loaded with superfoods and fiber. Eat more fiber!
Pilot Razor Point pens in black - just because.
I would love to hear what nourished your world in 2020.
Deep bow,
xo
